Show "THAT'S A LIE," SHOUTS BAILEY TO ACCUSER AUSTIN. Tex., Feb. 3. Delarinjr "all this prattle is a lie,'' and urging that the committee interpose and "stop these insults offered." United States Senator Joseph W. Bailey brought to a climax this afternoon an exciting aesaion of the Legislature committee investigating charges against Bailey filed bv Representative Cocke. When it was suggested that the committee com-mittee leave at once for St. Louis, where additional testimony is to he taken. Senator "Bailey indignantly replied: "Mr. Chairman, that is a he. It is Infamy to allow any man to stand here and make a statement that is a downright, down-right, malicious lie. and a lie made out of whole cloth. " Chairman O'Neil said he thnnght the statement was uncalled for.
