I NEW MINING DISTRICT. Echo is snotber of the manv wonders recently born in mining districts of the West. This lstest echo of wealth is near Schwab, and what is known as Cow Creek, Cal., and was formerly known as a rich gold district. Copper in great quantities hss recently been found there, however, snd men are rushing into the district bv hundreds. Keveral Salt Iake operators are interested in-terested in the district, which experts declsre holds properties which some dsy will equal the largest copper propositions' propo-sitions' in the country. Among the best in the district is the Inyo group controlled by local operators.
