Trucking Firm Sues Against I.C. C. Order Action was begun Monday In federal court by Consolidated Frelghtways, Inc., a Washington corporation, to set aside an order of the interstate commerce commission com-mission allowing the Jones Company, Com-pany, Inc.. of Salt Lake City, to render transportation service between be-tween Wlnnemucce, Nev, Boise, Idaho, and Ontario, Ore. The petition alleged that the order or-der will result in a surplus of services. Named Jointly with the Jones company as a defendant was the United States government.
