Show Health Board Receives 'Best Milk Report' Described as the "best milk report re-port ever given in Salt Lake City," the city milk report, listing an average av-erage bacteria count for grade A pasteurized milk as 3000. was released re-leased Monday by the Salt Lake City board of health. - Bacteria count average for grade A raw milk was 4000 during November, No-vember, the report showed: . Under standards of the city health department, the maximum count Is 20,000 for both types of milk. ."The report reflects great credit to all milk producers, milk distributors dis-tributors and milk inspectors of the health board," said Dr. T. J. Howeils, city health commissioner. 'The greatest reward, however, is not seen in the lower bacteria count, but is reflected in the infant in-fant mortality rate, which has steadily decreased since adoption of the milk standard ordinance in 1932." Dr. Howeils declared.
