Show FORDS CONSENT TO TESTIFYjNLAWSUIT DETROIT, Feb. II MV-Henry Ford and hi on, Edsel Ford, who is president of the Ford Motor company, will testify voluntarily before a notary March I to give depositions in connection con-nection with a suit of the Sweeten Automobile company of Philadelphia gainst the Ford compeny. They agreed yesterday to accept service of subpoenas The hearing will be held In the laboratory office of the Ford plant at Dearborn. Tha move came a a surprise, and followed effort of many month on Ih part of official to serve a summon sum-mon on Henry Ford. Last month Wilfrid Wil-frid C. Leland Jr., grandson of the founder of the Lincoln Motor Car company, served a subpoena on the elder Ford after gaining admittance to an old-fashioned dance where Ford waa a host After a bitter legal battle bat-tle tha aubpoena waa held defective and dismissed. A week ago constables seeking to serve a similar document on Edsel Ford became Involved in a fight with Ford guards. An investigation of the affair by the prosecutor' office I now pending.
