Show Ancient Indian Clif f Dwellings Are Discovered in Utah Canyon ; iTi I i ftafWialisjie; Custodian of Natural Bridges Monument Makes Find Zeke Johnson, custodian of the natural bridges national monument in San Juan county, went looking for a place to eat lunch In White canyon and discovered cliff dwellings dwell-ings never before seen by white men, he revealed in Salt Lake City Friday. The discovery took place early last month, before snow closed the t canyon. Tha dwellings included a score of rooms, a large ceremonial chamber cham-ber and ancient ladders, Mr. Johnson John-son said. "In my 28 years In the country, I've been looking for an attraction like that to include on the circle tour of the bridges," he asserted. Mr. Johnson made the findings after he climbed the cliff side to reach a ledge on which the sun was shining. Ladders, he said, will make the dwellings accessible to- tourist parties under his guidance.
