Show OLD MINING MAN ' DIES SUDDENLY James Hutchinson, 'Pormer Hanajftr of Trade Dollar Mine, Victim -of Apoplexy." BOISE, Ida., Jan. 1. James Hutchinson, Hutchin-son, formerly manager of the Trade Dollar mines at Silver City, Ida., died at 9:20 last night, having been strtcken with apoplexy at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. after-noon. Mr. Hutchinson was 65 years of , age and was wlSflyewn throughout the West aVa mining man. For twenty years he was superintendent of the-Gregory the-Gregory mine In Ollpln county, Colo., and. afterward was superintendent of the Aspen mine at Aspen, Colo. In 1S89 he was appointed State mine Inspector for Colorado. . . In 1893 he took charge of the Trade Dollar property and remained as manager man-ager until falling health obliged him to resign a few weeks ago. Mr. Hutchinson was a native of Cornwall Corn-wall and is survived by five children, one of whom, Joseph H. Hutchinson, Is well known In Idaho and Colorado. |
