Odell was today Inaugurated for his second term. ' The occasion was an unusually brilliant one, marked by the presence of many ' distinguished visitors and the participation of a large representation of the National Guard, as welt as large crowds from all parts of the State.' : In. his address, j Gov. Odell said that capital and labor should be in. thorough accord and that there should be no discrimination dis-crimination which seeks to advance the Interests of one' at the, expense of the other, because . such discrimination would Inevitably lead to results and conditions which would be a menace to the welfare of the.
