Show AGRZE31XXT BEACHED IN ' TWIN PALLS MATTER. BOISE, Jan. L In the Twin Falls Irrigation matter the company yesterday yester-day receded and a contract has been arranged satisfactorily to the Attorney-General, Attorney-General, whose views correspond with those of State Engineer Ross. It was found that Miss French, State Superintendent Super-intendent of Instruction, who la a member mem-ber of the board, stood with the Attorney-General, making the board a tie. Some twenty-five changes will have to be made. These are accepted by the company and are satisfactory to Mr. Critchlow, attorney for the bond-buyers. This seems to clear the matter up. Critchlow and Filer, who determined last night to remain over, after finding j an arrangement could be made today, left tonight for home.- |
