The court-martial court-martial sentences of dismissal In the cases of First Lieut. George A. Densmore, Tenth infantry, tried at San Francisco, and Second Sec-ond Lieut. Beeiah Smith, Seventeenth infantry, in-fantry, tried fit Boise, Ida., and Cadet Gibson T. Berry, Jr., were today approved by the President. The sentence of dismissal In the case of Cadet Kloebert was disapproved. Lieut. Densmore was charged with failure fail-ure to obey certain orders and with being Intoxicated in a public place while in uniform. Lieut. Smith was charged with conduct unbecoming an officer and the non-payment of debts. Cadet Gibson was charged with making false statements to the -commandant at West Point In the case of Cadet Kloebert the findings, as well as the sentence, were disapproved. -. . , . . . . . - |
