OCR Text	Show WEST VIRGINIANS MY BURN . NEGRO Black Fiend Alleged to Have Brutally Assaulted Young White Girl. ' BLUE FIELD, W. V., March 28. Harvey Har-vey Williams, a negro, assaulted Mary Jones, the thirteen-year-old danghter of a white miner, and left her for dead on . the mountain between Pocahontas, Va., and Cooper, W. Va, After regaining consciousness con-sciousness the girl managed to reach her borne. Several posses Immediately went " in search of the negro and he was located rear Pocahontas, taken to Bramweli and lodged in Jail. The Jail is heavily guarded, guard-ed, but Information from .Bramweli points to a lynching and probably a burn-Irg. burn-Irg. Williams' victim will die.
