Beckman yesterday entered a plea of guilty to the charge of burglarising burglaris-ing the store of Bettman Bros., and was placed under bonds of $500. . . L. -J. Naphler, Just brought-back from Wyoming by Deputy Sheriff Bel nap, waa yesterday -placed under bonda of $600 by Pustice P. J. Hall to appear for trial on the charge of obtaining goods under false pretenses. The dvii service examination to be conducted con-ducted In Ogden May 2nd. will be held In the high school. Permission was granted for the use of a room last night by the Board of Education. The other business transacted by the board was the regular routine. ' |
