The Industrial list was also irregular. ir-regular. Prices moved In a hesitating; way, but the tendecncy became upward before 11 o'clock. Sugar. Amalgamated. St. Paul, Union Pacific, Missouri Pacific, Pennsylvania and Southern Pacific were quoted slightly above last night. Less prominent stocks moved widely. General Electric gained 2 and Mexican Central. North American, United States Express, Locomotive, Westlnghouse Electric, and Chicago Terminal 1 to, 1H- Declines reached 1 to IVi for the Toledo, St. Louis & Western stocks. St. Jo and Grand Island Isl-and second preferred and Paelflc Mall. The market became decidedly dull. The market was rather torpid for a time and movement was made only by less active stocks. Great Northern preferred pre-ferred rose 10, Allis-Chalmers preferred 4, General Electric 3. Westlnghouse Electric Elec-tric ty and Chicago Terminal 2. Prices spurted after the appearance of the bank statement and the Pacific, St. Paul, Kansas Kan-sas & Texas, Illinois Central, U. S. Steel preferred, Tennessee Coal and Republic Steel preferred rose 1 to 1 and Sugar 1. Large realising met the advance, and there were reactions. The closing was active and Irregular. NEW YOBK METAL.
