WESTERN WYOMING: Probably snow and warmer tonight; Wednesday rain or snow. WEATHER CONDITIONS. The storm area overlying the North Pacific Pa-cific coast yesterday morning has developed devel-oped rapidly both In area and extent during dur-ing the past twenty-four hours, causing general rains throughout the entire Northwest North-west with rain still falling this morning at Portland, Roseburg and Boise. The storm area off the New England coast noted on yesterday's chart has moved beyond be-yond the sphere of observation. The territory ter-ritory under Its Influence has been occupied occu-pied by the high area which has drifted elowly eastward during the meantime. Cloudy wessher prevails over the Pacific coast aid northern and middle plateau regions, and in scattered localities over the lake region; elsewhere clear skies are reported over theentire country.
