When an officer went to his farm to arrest him today he announced that he should walk to town and he did so. In court today he refused to sit down, standing up throughout the trial of his case. Nagle talks intelligently and is abundantly capable of managing his own affairs. He appears perfectly rational ra-tional on all subjects save tboee of sitting sit-ting down, lying down to sleep and riding rid-ing in a vehicle. He is 40 years old and unmarried.
