Martin caused some interesting debate In the Council Monday Mon-day night when he criticised the Utah Light and Railway company for what he termed "the rotten service given by the company to its patrons on the East Seventh South street line." He said that cars with a seating capacity of thirty-six are often crowded with seventy-passengers. ' He introduced a resolution reso-lution to compel the company to put on more cars for that line. The resolution was referred to a committee. |
