WYOMING : Fair and ' colder tonight ; Tuesday fair. WEATHER CONDITIONS. An extensive area of low pressure overlies over-lies the Missouri valley with Its trough, or greatest depression, extending from Huron Hu-ron to Omaha, The "hlgV which waa-the dominating feature of Saturday's chart, is passing off the Atlantic ocean. Moderate high pressure overlies the region from the Oregon coast eastward to Boise with Its crest central about the latter point. Light to moderate rains have fallen during ths past twenty-four hours over the Pacific Northwest, and Northern and Middle Plateau regions, as far south as Pocatello. Snow is reported from the Canadian Ca-nadian provinces of Assinibola, and Manitoba, Mani-toba, and over the Upper Lakes. It was still snowing this morning at Swift Current, Cur-rent, Winnipeg, and Duluth. Throughout the remainder of the country dear skies are mostly reported. Temperatures have fallen decidedly throughout the entire eastern half of the country, while in portions of the Missouri valley, higher temperatures are reported. L. LODHOLZ. Observer.
