Providence Provi-dence has intervened to delay the crisis In the strike situation at Morencl, Ariz., where thousands of armed men are threatening trouble with the civil authorities, au-thorities, A report has reached here which states, that the great cloudburst Tuesday night which inundated Morencl Mo-rencl and the neighboring: camps, had drowned nine men, dampening the ar- i dor of the strikers sufficiently to check serious violence.
