OCR Text	Show President's Programme Arranged. The programme for the entertainment of President - Roosevelt will include a drive of three or four miles about the city and an address by the Chief Executive from a stand to be erected on City Hall square. A party of rough riders will escort es-cort the Presidential cavalcade about town, and the school children will be assembled as-sembled in Lester park in order that they may see and be seen by the President. The President will speak for about thirty minutes. .
