IMPRISONED IN A TRUNK Stepmother to Be Prosecuted Prose-cuted for Cruelty to a Child. PITTSBURO, Pa.. May 14. Mrs, John Gullas f "West Park, near McKee's Rock, will be given a hearing before Justice of the Peace C. K. Barnhart of McKee's Rock on a charge of cruelty to a minor child. The latter is a stepchild of the woman wo-man and yesterday neighbors declare that the woman placed the child, who Is only three years old, in a trunk and closed the lid. The child had been crying and, as punishment, the stepmother step-mother is said to have caught the child, and placed It in the trunk.
