The decorations' committee met yesterday yes-terday at the Elks' clubhouse and after the various members had spoken it was evident that the business men of the city are 'unanimously in favor of exten-1 exten-1 sive decorations. On the recommendation of Councilman Council-man Hewlett, chairman- of street intersection inter-section decorations committee, a contract con-tract was awarded to TV. L. Harlow for this partf the work. The parade ccanmittee will meet at the Elka club tomorrow night at S o'clock. ...
