Show AN ORDINANCE. An ordinsnc confirming the assessment npon- tbe property on both aid of Twelfth East street from the south sid of Second South street to the north side of Third South street, in Psring District No. 97. for th purpose of providing tor th grading, guttering and curbing, and paving thereof. Be it ordained by th City Council of Salt Lak City, Utah: Section 1. That th assessmeat liat mad by th City Tressurer as corrected, approved and completed by th Beard of Equalisation and Review, heretofore duly appointed by th City Council for that purpose, ef the property prop-erty abutting oa both aide of Twelfth East street from tbe south side of Second South street to the north side of Third South street, in Psving Diatrict No. 27, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of grading, guttering aud curbing, and paving said portion of aaid street, is hereby confirmed, and th assessments assess-ments made and returned ia said completed liat are hereby confirmed. Sec. 2. Tin ordiaance shall take effect upon approval. . Passed by the City Council ef Salt Lak City. Utah, October 8th, 1906, aad referred to the Mayor for his approval. J. B.
