Show THEN THE BISHOP WEAKENED. The son of a certain good and deservedly de-servedly well-liked bishop thinks he has a joke on his father too good to keep. This young man made an extensive foreign tour after his graduation from college and while abroad became attached at-tached to a particular brand of cigarettes, cigar-ettes, and mentioned them in a letter to his father, stating further that it was his intention to slir a few thousands through the customs on his return home. The good bishop was deeply pained at this cold-blooded declaration of intent to defraud the Government, and wrote a long letter pointing out the moral as well as the statute crime of such an act.
