Show ARCHITECT INJURED IN FALL FROM CAR j C. S. Dallas, the well-known architect, suffered a number of bad bruises yesterday yester-day bv falling from a street car near his home, 1382 Tenth Kast street. Mr. Dallas caught hold of the handle of the car while it was in motion, but failed to get a footing, and was thrown to the ground. Medical aid was sum-monedj sum-monedj and it was found that none of the injuries was serious. SECRETARY CHARGED WITH EMBEZZLEMENT Word reached Salt Lake last night of the arrest at Newark, X. J., of John Watson, former secretary of the Pioneer Pio-neer X'ursery company, who is wanted to answer to a charge of embezzlement, alleged to have been committed in this citv last spring. According to the complaint Watson embezzled ?247 of the eompanv's mon-ev. mon-ev. An officer will leave toda' with the necessary papers for the return of Watson. |
