Show SALE OF FOREST LAND HELD VOID Final action was taken Thursday by the State Board of Land Commissioners in the case of the six sections of land in the Logan forest reserve, supposed to have betn sold to W. B. Sandford and W. E, Moses. The $1300 sent to Attorney-General M. A. Breeden as the extra 150 an acre will be returned to the proper persons. The land remains the property of the State, and will be sold March 31 at Logan. The land has been appraised at $3 an acre and must bring that much. |
