Hoch sent a lengthy message to the legislature. He sulci that he differed from the majority of the Legislature only in regard to the method of fighting the Standard Oil company. com-pany. The message also ured the legislature legis-lature to supplement the refinery bill with railroad legislation which will prevent the trr.st from defeating th purjMise of the act. Further legislation against the Standard Oil company came up in the House today. A bill making oil pipe lines common osr-rii osr-rii rs and reported by Chairman Beekman of the House Oil and Gas committee, wsis made a special ordrr for the afternoon sefslon. This is one of two rrmaining oil bills still up. The other is the antl-dlscrlmina-tlon bill designed to prevent the Standard Oil company from underselling the State.
