Show House Committee Reports. The Committees on-'Labor and Manufactures Manu-factures and Commerce, associated, presented pre-sented an adverse report Thursday to Hone's "eight-hour bill' limiting the length of the day's work in factories, mines, mills and smelters. Hone asked for a rollcall on the adoption adop-tion of the report, but the Speaker was against this. It was then discovered that the chairman of but one committee had signed the report, and It was referred back for correction. Other committee reports presented were: H. B.
