Show PROBING IN a COLORADO Alleged Misconduct of Legislators to Rcccire Thorough Investigation DENVER, Feb. 17. The Colorado House of Representatives decided today to grant an opportunity for a full hearing on any charges of wrong-doing made against any of its members. Representatives J. E. Melton and C. E. Street, Democrats, had made complete re. tractions In writing of the charges of onoery and intimidation uttered by them in the discussion of the vight-hour bill, and the committee appointed to investigate investi-gate the charges recommended that their statements be accepted by the House "as full reparation of the misconduct of the gentlemen." When the report was presented to the House today. Representative B. J. O'Con-nell O'Con-nell of Clear Creek county, a Democrat, announced that he would not vote for its adoption.
