Show New House Bills. New bills were presented In the House Wednesday as follows: H. B. No. 127 (substitute for H. B. No. 9), committee, to tax the net proceeds of the products of all saline lakes and springs and mineral waters as personal property. Mines and Mining. H. B. No. 32? By Dean, amending act against befouling waters by making It i misdemeanor to bed stock within eighty rods of any river, creek, stream, pr spring, where the refuse will naturally natur-ally find Its way Into the water used by the inhabitants of towns, cities, or villages vil-lages for domestic purposes. Public Health. H. B. No. 129 By Joseph, requires light, power and water companies to pay Interest at 6 per cent on money deposited de-posited for meters. Refusal to pay interest in-terest shall be punished by a fine of from $5 to $50. Private Corporations. H. B. No. 130 By Hopes, provides for the publication of notice of the sale of .-eal or personal property under a writ of execution. Judiciary. H. B. No. 131 By Roberts, for the lurtherance of good roads, establishing a system therefor, and providing n State highways fund. Ways and Means. H. B.
