Senator Holllngsworth's bill to make the fiscal year close November 30 instead, in-stead, of December 31 was passed by a unanimous vote. H. J. M. No. 6 was taken from the table and referred to the Committee on Roads and Bridges. The memorial sets forth that Representative Brownlow of Tennessee has Introduced in the National Na-tional House a bill asking for an appropriation appro-priation of 124,000,000 for Federal aid in the construction of public highways, and asks the Utah Representatives to work for the passage of the bill.
