Show SMELTER HEARING ADJOURNED TILL 14TH The meeting of the County Board of Health to consider the smelter problem was resumed Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. In addition to the evidence evi-dence submitted in the morning the farmers produced some water which they claimed to be poisoned. It was decided to ask Dr. Talmage of the University Uni-versity to make an analysis of the stomach of the dead horse that was brought In. At the request of the smelter smel-ter men a stenographer was present at the afternoon meeting to take down the testimony. The board adjourned until 11 o'clock next Tuesday forenoon, at which time It Is hoped ihat Duncan McVIchfe, who is now in the East, can be present In behalf of the smelter men. |
