Show FRANCE AND TURKEY ARE TO COMPROMISE CONSTANTINOPLE. Feb. 9.-The Franco-Turkish" "dispute; it is now understood, un-derstood, will be compromised. This, with the settlement set-tlement of the Syrian railways situation, situa-tion, will. It Is believed, be satisfactory to the French demands. |
