i MYSTERY SHROUDS WRECKED CAR ON ROAD NEAR OCDEN OGDEN, Sept. 22 Strenuous efforts are being made by local authorities to determine the owners of a five-passenger five-passenger late model of a popular make automobile that waa found this morning wrecked on the dugway road between the city and Ogden canyon, where It had crashed Into a concrete culvert. The license plates and other traces -that might lead to determination determina-tion of the ownership had been Carefully Care-fully removed from the machine. In the back seat wera found a woman's bathing cap, the heel of a woman's shoe and aeveral broken bottles. 'The engine number of the machine was taken and turned over to the secretary of state for Identification Identifi-cation In the license files of his office. of-fice. -A repairman who looked the wreckage over said about MOO Would be required to make repairs. Evidence Evi-dence that the automobile waa traveling travel-ing at a high rate of apeed waa found In the front axle, which was bent U-shaped. No traces of blood or that occupants of the machine had met with Injury could be found.
