A merit credit aya-tem aya-tem which will give Inmatea of tha Industrial In-dustrial achool an opportunity to procure parolea for good work waa presented to the board of truateee yesterday and waa referred to tne committee on education for a report at the next meeting. Consideration waa devoted to tha budget bud-get aystem for the next two years, beginning be-ginning January 1, 1923. The budget will be completed at the nest meeting of tha board.
