BABY By Edna Mae Mcintosh Not so very many years ago, there used to be a quite common ailment, called Spring Fever. Grandmother had a remedy, usually sulphur and molasses, which contained con-tained some of the food values which had been lacking in the family fam-ily diet during the long winter. The fruits and vegetables available avail-able to our grandparents were much more limited than ours and often did not last throughout the winter. They could not find a wide variety of vegetables on a grocer's shelves as we can, almost regardless regard-less of the season. We may not use our advantages as we should, at least for most of the family. But there is one member of the family j we realize should have the "right I food in the right amount at the I right time," and that person is the baby. The ingenuity of some young parents has brought to your baby a wide variety of strained foods, of high quality. No longer does a busy young mother need to go to the grocery store every day to find what vegetable is available, and then take whatever she can find. This problem has been solved for her and daily saves her valuable time.
