Show I CLAY KEEPS CEREAL, CRACKERS CRISP A special kind of clay that puts zip in gasoline will soon be keeping keep-ing crackers crisp in the pantry, a manufacturer reports. Laid down as volcanic ash in saline sa-line lakes 40 million years ago, the clay is remarkable in its ability abil-ity to absorb moisture. Hard-candy makers find a small bag of the clay will keep peanut brittle and jaw-breakers from becoming be-coming sticky and cereal manufacturers manu-facturers are testing it to see if it will keep their products morie crisp for the breakfast table. $ -v A r ' I X ' Lola Henshaw, one of the 20 sparkling, Dancing Susannas with "Oh Susanna", Count Ber-ni Ber-ni Vici's Mammoth Modern Minstrel Min-strel production coming to the State Fair Grounds Coliseum at Sal Lake City starting a limited limit-ed engagement, Monday, June 30, 1947. |
