In front are La-Needa La-Needa Fullmer, flower girl and David Miner, ring bearer. aNew Mr. and Mrs. Make Home In tMagna Following an impressive temple ceremony in the Salt Lake LDS temple June 27, which united Carol Eve Fullmer, daughter of Mrs. Dell Fullmer, and Verl R. Miner, Magna, $a beautifully .planned wedding reception re-ception was held in the Second ward church to which 400 relatives and friends were bidden. The bride and groom were charming, char-ming, centered in the bridal line. The new Mrs. Miner chose for her dress a lovely white silk brocaded organdy gown with lace trimmed sleeves and skirt. She wore a finger fin-ger tip veil of silk net edged in lace and fastened to her head with a tier of seed pearls. Her bouquet was of carnations and rose buds centered with an orchid. Bridesmaids Brides-maids Elaine Ashcraft, Janet Norton Nor-ton and Margene Porter were dressed dres-sed in pastel colored formals and each carried nosegays of rose buds and carnations. Little La Needa Fullmer and David Miner were appropriately dressed as flower girl and ring bearer. Mrs. Fon Jewett, sister of the bride was matron ma-tron of honor and wore a formal for-mal of pale blue. Ross Miner, brother bro-ther of the groom, acted as best man. Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Miner, parents of the groom and Mrs. Dell Fullmer and Allan L. Fullmer, Ful-lmer, mother and brother of the bride, completed the bridal line. Mrs. Miner and Mrs. Fullmer wore formals of blue with corsages of rose buds and an orchid. Mrs. Mary Bird iplayed the wedding wed-ding march for the bride and groom and the program followed with Barbara Carsey of Magna acting as mistress of ceremonies. Ross R. Miner gave a tribute to the groom, Mrs. Floyd Groesbeck, a tribute to the bride. Vocal solos were rendered by Carol Jean Clark and Don Gottfredson, Afton Ash gave a reading. A special dancing and acrobatic number was given by Noel Taylor and partner of Magna. Dancing followed the pro- gram. Mrs. Grace Loveridge, aunt of the bride was in charge of the j gift rooml. Assisting were the , brides sisters and sisters-in-law: Nellie Fullmer, Bessie Fullmer, , Bernice Harper, Norma Ferre and i Joyce Fullmer. Mrs. Carl Norton i was in charge of refreshments ' with serving being handled by Joy- j ce Bjarnson, Joan Fullmer, Joyce Hutchings, all in lovely formals. Lois Smith, sister of the bride, received re-ceived the guests and two nephews, neph-ews, Dwaine Jewett and Kent Har- i per acted as ushers. Gift bearers i were June Bartlett, Dawn Full- mer, Joyce Hutchings. The bride is a graduate of the Springville high school where she took an active ,part in commercial activities, being president of the Steno Club. She was affiliated with the Thespians and the Pep j club organization. The igToom j graduated from the Cyprus high i school where he was very active in music. The new Mr. and Mrs. are building a new home in Mag-na Mag-na where he is employed. |
