Show Springville Man Takes Mississippi 'Bride : A A wedding of interest to local friends is that of Lt. Joel A. Steele, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Steele of this city, and Dorothy Louise Andrews, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Andrews of Brookhaven, Miss., which took place March 6. m The ceremony was performed at the home of the Baptist pastor in Mongolia, with Rev. A. E. Pardoe officiating at a double ring ceremony. cere-mony. Following the wedding, a reception recep-tion was held at the McColgan hotel, ho-tel, where a large group of Brook-haven Brook-haven friends greeted the couple. Mrs. Steele, according to a story in the Brookhaven paper, was a popular graduate of the BHS class of 1941. She is employed in the plant of Stahl-Urban company. Lt. Steele was recently advanced from second lieutenant to first lieutenant lieuten-ant and is now stationed at Camp Van Dorn, Miss. The couple are at home at Mc-Comb, Mc-Comb, Miss. They plan a honeymoon honey-moon trip to Utah soon to visit relatives of the bridegroom. ' |
