Show SHERIFF'S SALE IN THE DISTRICT COURT, IN AND FOR UTAH COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH. FEDERAL FARM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. LEO MARCH-BANKS MARCH-BANKS and HELEN MARCH-BANKS, MARCH-BANKS, also known as Hellen C. Marchbanks, his wife; F. D. CAS-SITY CAS-SITY and DOROTHY CASSITY, his wife; FIRST DOE; SECOND DOE;' and THIRD DOE, Defendants. Defen-dants. To be sold at sheriff's sale at eleven o'clock a. m., June 21st, 1941, at front door of Courthouse, in Provo, Utah, the lands situated in Aforesaid, County and particularly particu-larly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast South-east corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township Town-ship 8 South, Range 3 East of the Salt Lake Meridian, thence North 10 chains, thence West 10 chains, thence North 10 chains, thence West 10 chains, thence South 20 chains, thence East 20 chains, to the place of beginning. Area, 30 acres. Also all of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter quar-ter of the Northeast 'quarter of Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 3 East of the Salt Lake Meridian. Area, 10 acres. All of the Northwest quarter quar-ter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 3 East, of the Salt Lake Meridian, containing an area of. 10 acres. Excepting from the parcel of land first above described that portion thereof conveyed to the United States of America Amer-ica by deed recorded August 12, 1918, in Book 182, page 294, of Deeds, in the office of the County- Recorder of said Utah County. The property herein described describ-ed contains 48.47 acres, more or less. TOGETHER with 20 shares ... of the capital stock, of the Ma-pleton Ma-pleton Irrigation Company, said shares being represented by Certificate No. 479. TOGETHER with Claim No. 15673 for underground water, filed with the State Engineer of the State of Utah on March 23, 1936. TOGETHER with all other rights of every kind and nature, na-ture, however evidenced, to the use of water, ditches and canals can-als for the irrigation of said premises. TOGETHER with all tenements, tene-ments, hereditaments, and appurtenances ap-purtenances thereunto belonging belong-ing or in anywise appertaining, appertain-ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, re-mainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof.
