Show Has Birthday . .,. f . 3 !,''' i I . - -: , :. l J , f . ;' ,:!', Mrs. Sylvia R. Blair 84th Birthday Celebrated By Former Resident Townspeople will be interested to hear of Mrs. Sylvia S. Roylance Blair, a former long-time resident of Springville, who celebrated her 84th birthday last Saturday at Provo. Born and reared in Springville, Mrs. Blair has many friends here and she recalls many old customers custo-mers to whom she sold stockings in years past. Her first husband, John Roylance died Oct. 6, 1918, and seven years later, she was married to Isaac Blair and went to Ogden to live. He died in 1930 and some years later, she moved to Provo. Mrs. Blair has been an industrious indust-rious individual throughout her life time and still does considerable consider-able sewing. For 20 years, she I made temple aprons and for some i 18 years, sewed temple clothes. She has made an untold number of quilts giving them as presents to her grandchildren. She has three sons: Jessie Roylance Roy-lance of Smithfield; Earl Roylance and Eugene Roylance of Provo; also 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren |
