Mr. and Mrs. Earl Conover spent two days of the past week with Mrs. Conover's mother, Mrs. . Susan Su-san Conover and other relatives and friends in Springville, coming from their home in Reno, Nev., where Mr. Conover is employed with a transfer company. They had planned to spend a longer time in Utah but due to snow blocades on the highway, their ivisit was cut short. Mr. and Mrs. Conover have been living in Reno for about 25 years, both being former residents of Springville. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Baxter spent the week end in Salina with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Nielson and their daughter.
