Show With the last of Sunday's ham, make a tempting hot sandwich using enriched biscuit bis-cuit dough instead of bread. Make a well-seasoned ham mixture by mixing 1 cups of ground, cooked ham (abdut y2 pound), 1 tablespoon minced min-ced onion, 1 tablespoon minced parsley, 2 tablespoons dry mustard and 1 tablespoon of milk. Make your favorite drop buiscuit dough, and spread half of it over bottom of greased greas-ed 8x8x2 inch pan. Cover with ham mixture and spread remaining re-maining biscuit' dough over meat. Bake in a hot oven (450 deg F.) 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with creamed peas. Makes six servings. |
