Construction Work Begins on Utah County Youth Home Construction on a $50,000 building build-ing to house juvenile delinquents began with ground breaking ceremonies cer-emonies Friday of last week. Officially labeled "Utah County Youth Home," the structure will be situated on a hill overlooking Utah valley directly north of the county infirmary orchards. Most of the construction work will be done by central Utah Vocational School students. County Commissioner Burton H. Adams said the home will consist con-sist of six boys' sleeping rooms with joint housekeeping quarters; four girls' sleeping rooms and housekeeping quarters; a large recreation room, and offices. The building site is located on a 30-acre tract planne4 eventually eventu-ally as a county park, the commissioner com-missioner said.
