Bishop Harrison Scott of the Provo Eleventh ward performed the ceremony at 7 o'clock in the presence of immediate immed-iate relatives and close friends. The bride made a charming picture pic-ture as she was ushered along a flower-decked walk through an arch-way of flowers on the arm of her father and met the groom at an improvised alter made pretty with baskets of pink and white roses and tall white candelabra. Music at the time was furnished by Byron Jensen at the Hammond organ. or-gan. The bride's wedding gown was a beautiful creation of tulle over satin with inserts of scalloped lace between pleated tulle. It was designed de-signed floorlength with semi-chapel train, tight-fitting bodice, tiny collar and long pointed sleeves of lace. Her veil was of pure silk illusion shoulder-length doubled and hand rolled and fell from a smart cap studded with seed-pearls and sequins. Her bouquet consisted of a large orchid from which fell sprays of split carnations and white satin ribbon. Attending the bride as matron of honor was her sister, Mrs. Carole Car-ole Anderson of Salt Lake City, and bridesmaids were Dorothy Brown, Annette Ewell, Jill Wat-kins Wat-kins and Mollie Watkins of Provo. They all wore identical gowns of orchid-colored nylon and held fan-shaped fan-shaped bouquets of white and orchid or-chid net inter-laced with pink rose-buds.
