Show DUP Camp Hears John Hafen History The home of Mrs. Eva Crandall provided an appropriate setting for the meeting of Camp Aaron Johnson DUP last Thursday afternoon. after-noon. Mrs. Crandall gave the history his-tory of John. Hafen,! Springville artist, who built the home in which she now lives on south Main street. Mrs. Lela Nelson gave a tribute to mothers and each mother was presented with a cosrage. Mrs. Evelyn Boyer rendered two solos, accompanied by Mrs. Annie Forshee. The program, directed by Captain Cap-tain Thora Daley, concluded with dainty refreshments served by hostesses hos-tesses Mrs. Selina Kelsey, Mrs. Delia Harris, Mrs. Mina Murray and Mrs. Barbara Hendricksen. The mysterious sense of direction direc-tion possessed by homing pigeons is disrupted by radio waves. |
