A national survey was recently made of the time devoted to various var-ious types of television broadcasts The most startling revelation of the study was the. statement that only 6 per cent of the broadcast time was alloted to educational and cultural programs. The other 94 per cent was given to advertising, advertis-ing, sports, crime dramas, and light entertainment.
