Show Camp Aaron Johnson Hears Fine History The April meeting of Camp Aaron Johnson DUP was held at the home of Mrs. Mae Smith, with Captain Thora Daley in charge. Reports on the recent county and state conventions were given by Mrs. Ramola Norton and Mrs. Vida Shepherd. A history of George "Beefsteak" Harrison was given in interesting manner by a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ada B. Harrison. Mrs. Smith gave the history of his wife, Mrs. Ros-ella Ros-ella White Harrison. There was a piano solo by Jane Harrison, great - granddaughter and a violin selection by Mrs. Eileen Eil-een Bird, grandaughter, accompanied accom-panied by Mrs. Zara Tonks. Light refreshments concluded the meeting being served by hostesses, hos-tesses, Mrs. Fern Lee, Mrs. Ada Harrison, Mrs. Camilla Judd and Mrs. Smith. |
