Show Two Groups Announce Concert Dates i High School Orchestra to Give Benefit Concert The Springville High School Orchestra will present pre-sent its most outstanding concert, Thursday, April 17, at 8:15 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Directed by Harmon R. Hatch, the orchestra orches-tra of 65 members, will play the Boethoven 1st Symphony; the Prescobaldi, Toccata and will also feature David Daltc-n, concertmas-ter concertmas-ter of the orchestra in the difficult diffi-cult Zizeunerweisen (Gypsy Airsl by Pablo de Sarasate for violin and orchestra. In the lighter mood the orchestra orches-tra will play some nice arrange-' ments including Song of Love, Si-boney Si-boney and Over The Rainbow. To make the purchase of much needed need-ed risers for the band, choruses and orchestra possible, a small charge is being made. Tickets are tx-ing-sold by the Springville Lions club and students of the orchestra and also at the door. |
