I was a member of the Genealogical committee, have been Relief Society teacher for over 40 years. I wrote my father and mother's history for DUP when I was 74 years old. I have done a lot of temple work. My father was on tho temple grounds when the corner cor-ner stone was laid. He helped haul the stone with team from the quarry which was 20 miles to the south of the city. It took four yoke of oxen four days to haul a block of stone from the quarry to tho building grounds. I was there when the cap stone was laid by electricity. I went up on temporary stairs and touched the feet of the statue Ang-el Moroni and I was also at the dedication of the temple on April 6, 1893.
