Christen-sen. Refreshments were served to eighteen 'club members. The Junior Gleaners of the First and Second wards of Mapleton held their membership comradery Monday Mon-day evening of last week, jointly in the Mapleton church with class leader Phyllis Johnson in charge. The symbolism was given by Penny Banks; song by Janeane Girot, Ann Wiscombe, Doris Ann Bird,' Orva Despain and Glenna Warren; story of Ruth by Margtne Hurst; "How I wrote the Gleaner Sheaf" by Marjorie Wiscombe; sheaf binding ceremonies were conducted con-ducted by class leader Jean Hall; talks were given by Lillian Binks and Marie Stone.
